I paid for a month of service at this place because it was cheap, and I see why. The dude at the front literally only sprays half of the front windshield, and the driver side of your car if your plan has any kind of pre-wash. Cool. There have been two times I've gone through the wash that some gross brown stuff was sprayed against my windshield at one point. There was another time that all the right nozzles that were meant to spray soap and rinse water simply weren't working at all, so my car came out clean and dry on one half, with the other is now both semi-wet and still dirty. The vacuums either work or they don't. But even when you pull up to a stall with working vacuums, they're extremely weak and give out the power to the equivalent of a $20 handheld Black & Decker that you'd buy at Wal-Mart. I had already cancelled my monthly plan because this car wash doesn't car about its patrons. However, I still had several days left in my plan and decided to take it in for a wash today. Nope. At 5pm on a Friday, they had the lane that you pull into the wash completely blocked off with blue cones for whatever reason or another. Yeah. There's a much better and just as affordable car

Just left from getting a $22 wash. Customer service was really good!! I had 7 ppl to touch my car. Look at this ish!! I’ll be washing my own whip from NOW ON!!

I was a member at this car wash.. decided to go on a random day with my son..while I was in the car wash It felt like someone or something had hit my car.. the car had rocked in all like I was hit from the back..look out side mirror the car behind me is no where near me..get thru the car wash. I park at one of the vacuum to see the damage..my bumper was broken..it’s like one of the washers got under it and pull it off..this happened in September of 2025 it’s is March. Still no repair I was advise my claim was approved the day it happened to get my car fixed. I honestly didn't like how the young man told me your bumper was loose before you came and that the machine not strong enough to do that type of damage.i have never been in an accident in this car before so that was a lie. But he reviewed the camera footage and saw I went in with no damages came out with a bumper hanging off. Anyway I was also assign a representative who name is Patricia as my main point of contact . The last email I got from her was 11/24/2025. she ask me to get two estimates for my repairs I did that her next response was that she escalated my paperwork for prompt response. Place is a dumpster with scammy business practices. Went in and ask if they wash under carriage and the guy lied and said the $17 will do it. It wash the same exact way as the $10 without washing anything. Then their machine destroyed my driver side mirror. When I told them they told me they're not liable. Even ignored my claims to get them fix/replace. Avoid this place AT ALL COST. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR.

I’ll definitely cancel my subscription to this car wash. What attracted me at first was that they have a lot of locations, and it’s convenient to wash your car anywhere in the city. But the quality of the wash varies a lot from place to place. In some locations, the equipment is really old and does more damage to the car than cleaning it. I’ve gotten a lot of scratches and chips from this car wash. I know my car isn’t new — I use it for work — but it’s still frustrating that after a wash, I end up with a dirty and scratched car instead of a clean one. What you see is the result after two washes in a row — the car is still dirty. When I showed the employee the damage and scratches, as well as the remaining dirt, all he offered was to go through the wash a third time, as if that would help. How can you suggest going through it a third time when after two washes it didn’t get any cleaner — instead, I got huge scratches, and the high water pressure even stripped paint off the bumper? I want to emphasize that I have the most expensive membership.😅😂
